Default buliding a good NA header? Help Please

I have been doing the turbo thing for a little while and now I am ready to start a new project with an EK6 shell I have here....

Does anyone have any good literature I can read about building the perfect NA header? I know I can just support a local fabricator but this is something I want to learn about and possibly try and build on my own.
Looking for your help guys.

pm username donf and ask him, he knows 2-3 good books on that very subject. they are general automotive, not honda specific, which is why they are good.

There are several paths you could take

(1) Contact Burns stainless and fill out one their X-design sheets
(2) Contact one of the known header manufacturers
(3) Get a engine sim and design your own header then build with your local fabricator
(4) Look up a thread under user mar778c, he has designed a few headers and posted a thread with results for 1.8 to 2.0L B-series he could help you with 3

I'm interested in some books on the subject. I'd like to learn the theory behind it.

Also any books on fluid dynamics that you could recommend?
