Icon6 More aggressive cam requires more compression?

I have read that the more aggressive the cashaft the more compression you will need. Heres the scenario im working on.

-F22a1 stock motor
-H23 IM and TB
-I/H/E and cat delete
-F22a6 camshaft and ecu

If I use this a6 camshaft will I need to adjust the compression or it wont even matter. there is also one more thing, can ANYONE tell me what are the pros and cons of having the butterflies of the h23 functional vs gutting them out and should I even bother with attempting a double stack on this project? Thanks!!
