idles up and down
If you have already cleaned the throttle body, IACV and FITV it could be a vacuum leak or an air bubble in the cooling system. Check for vacuum leaks and top up and bleed the coolant. Ensuring that you get all air out of the cooling system. After you have checked for vacuum leaks and bled the cooling system, reset the ECU.
FITV? whats that. i not sure what that abbreviates. there is no vacuum leaks. haven't bled the system yet but will try, question though- how does an air bubble in the cooling system affect idle. the car didn't overheat,

FITV = Fast Idle Thermo Valve. Look for it in the FAQ's sticky. This is all there dude. The fitv is operated by coolant temperature. There is a wax fitting that expands from the warmed up coolant which closes the fitv shut eventually. So an air pocket could potentially mess things up
