Why do you want 12v to the subs?

You mean 12v to amp?

All you do is run 2 or 0 gauge wire from your battery, through the firewall, and back to your amp and hook it up to the 12v hookup in your amp. You also have to run other wires from youe head unit to your amp but those are easy.

Id fuse close to the batt to be safe going through the firewall.

yea you can run 2 or 0 gauge, if your amp is like a 2000w class d.. other than that, NO....

yes, just make this way way way easy on yourself, and buy an amp kit, it comes with all the wiring, fuses, holders, rings terminals, everything..
