how do i remove the rear garnish between the rear lights?

i've found 3 bolts.. and two with a special nut on.. how do i remove these two? is there anymore?

i think there is 4, 2 center ones with special bolts and outside ones you get from the inside...as for the center ones, i havent done it cause someone smashed it first, use a cut off wheel and make a slot in it and use a screw driver
