Hey does anyone know if an 04 rsx intake manifold would bolt right on to the 02 rsx? And does anyone know if the type s manifold will fit on a base model?

I thought that the type s manifold wouldn't fit on a base model.

 

The Type-S manifold is the same as the EP3 manifold. Therefore, why wouldn't a K20A3 intake manifold that's in an EP3 fit a K20A3 that's in a RSX?

 

The problem with doing the types intake manifold on the base, is that the base uses dual runner intakes...therefore your car would run like crap with the types IM, now you can bolt it up and it will fit, but you will need kpro to disable the dual runners....you wont see any gains and little if that....my best suggestion would be to get kpro and buy the modified rbc manifold instead and get a tune.
