My wife had a deer run into the side of her clover green Civic EX sedan. It hit the pass side door took off the mirrior bounced and then took out the pass rear door as well!! Anyone know how hard the doors are to replace? Anyone know a source for them.

 

junkyard...start searching for ones without dents...they do exist.

install is easy, helps to have a few friends around, then its as simple as sand/prime/paint

 

just 12mm bolts. you may have to remove the fender as well to make life easier for the front door. they are 10 mm bolts and require you to remove the sideskirt.

 

its pretty simple. and if you got a couple buddys it makes it alot easier to get them perfect.

 

Can't I just use the bolts that hold the door to the hinge instead of taking the fender off for the front.

 

I got doors for $100 of a '97 Civic LX sedan but the Blue green on them does not match! I was able to pop the worst dents out of the doors on the car. No broken paint, which is good might just use hammer and dolly to get it the best I can and just get a new mirrior.
