Don't take this wrong, but if you are asking how to get more horsepower from an engine, you need to do alot of research on any sort of upgrade before attempting it.

Turbo or Swap. Bolt-Ons won't be enough as you'll crave for more. shoo.. even after a swap, it still won't be enough. lol

x3. you'll never be satisfied with power. you'll get beat by that civic at the light and want more. lmao.

to answer your question directly. intake, header, cat-back exhaust, a6 or H23 intake manifold, and a p12 ECU. all those will have you at the 150-165 crank HP range. a 50 shot will put you right up with H22 swapped accords and civic.

the p28 goes with the H22 right? you can use it but dont expect nothing from your motor. it'll run like crap.

Is this another bloke with "JDM" in his username without any jdm parts?? adding type R +30hp stickers, mugen +10hp emblem or NOS batch+100hp would make your car flying.

Please use the search button or read through pages so we don't answer the same stuff for the 59382 times.

Yes you can use P28 for vtec or P06 for non vtec. You'll need to swap A6 and A11 pinout.

Most impressive F-series are not always turboed, take Bisi's F22A for an example. F series engines have so much potential including the s2k's F series

I never knew that there was an F20B2. I know that there was an F20B that came in the CF4 Accord, aka Accord SiR. Are you trying to tell us that you were able to import a complete CF4 Accord to the US. We definitely need to see pics of this car.

Where is your car from? I have seen your photobucket pics and it looks identical to a USDM LX DX/CDN EX Accord. But it has a SOHC Non-VTEC F20B2 engine and it's RHD. Are you actually driving that in Florida?

Hey I know you from another thread somewhere that your car is somewhere off the coast of US but u live in florida or something (saw pics of your white cd5) idk...but being with the extension number F20B(2) i don't think it is jdm as jdm don't have extensions. You've got the earlier smaller version of F-series and it is SOHC. (the f20B vtec can be dohc as well that can punch out 200hp)

I have F22B1, my car is RHD. but that's because im in australia though. I'm closest yet to JDM but my car isn't JDM.

No that particular chassis is not in the US. I'm not so sure that it's JDM though.

You are correct that not everyone on this forum is from the US. For example I'm from Canada. Therefore I put my location as Canada. I don't put Bar Harbor Maine, USA as my location because I visit there frequently.

Trinidad & Tobago?

Why the hell is everybody is craving for JDM???? in terms of motors, they're only few hp higher and they're rare but so what. Believe it or not, ALL my parts came from US. Be proud of USDM. RHD or LHD just a second 'unique' depending where you are, Just like LHD corvette, cobra etc here, wow-ing as they go past.

i seriously dont see why everyone wants JDM so badly. sure some of it looks good, but for a '90-93 accord its $250-$300 for a set of JDM 1 piece headlights. wtf? $300 for a G-square grille? seriously. its too much to look good. its just like buying $300 pair of jordan shoes. even if i had the money, my USDM headlights look just as good blackhoused.

if people got the money, more power to them. but insurance isnt gonna cover your $300 grille and your $250-$300 headlights if you get in an accident.

[i know we're getting off topic... but i think it pertains to the "scene" universal.]

think about it in terms of intent or motivation... if you're an adrenaline junkie, you get as much power as you can no matter what it takes. then you join SCCA and race.

if you're in it for the love of "wrenching" you're doing that more than you are floating around the site (if money permits...)

if you're doing it for recognition, acceptance, bragging-rights, claim to fame... you throw around words like "JDM" and "type-R" and talk BS hoping you'll fool enough people into beliving you're cool.

(DISCLAIMER: key word, motive. don't hear what i'm not saying. if you're motive is just, you're actions and spending habits are too.)
