Why not try it on your own? I hate depending on other people to do things.

I would document each plug on the harness and take many pictures. See if you can maybe color code the plugs on both harnesses?

Practice at the junkyard or read up on it, hell even try youtube. We all got to learn somehow. Either way good luck with this.

I just feel extremely overwhelmed by the wiring thing .... I will have to find someone to do it. everytime I sit inside the rustbucket I just feel very overwhelmed by all the wires and not even knowing what they go to n such .... I am going to take a whack at it this weekend and see what I cant do on my own , if all else fails I will get it out and take pics and post em up to see whats what and if anyone knows what I need to do to just swap The engine harness only. the b18 one is chopped to hell but the dash harness looks fine.

Yeah post some pics, we will all try our best to help you. I know there are some very knowledgeable people on here that can tell you what goes where simply by looking at pics.

I understand your frustration, I am not a mechanic by any means but I like to watch and learn, read up on things, etc.

I am not a mechanic I just like to do my own ****. this wiring thing kills me because I cant do it on my own , if I had somoene sit down and show me how to do it I could learn but I dont learn well from reading... im such a hands on person its not even funny. alot of us are like that though.
