So i dropped my car off to a body shop 1.5 yrs ago. I picked it up last week and when i got home im looking over everything and the front and rear bumpers are just the way i gave him to as.

1. Front bumper has dents 2x large
2. Front bumper you can still see rock chips

I asked my painter and he said plastic is not repairable, but ive scene ppl online fill in the holes for their license plate frames on their plastic bumpers

 

he lied they are repairable they even sale bumper repair kits at napa...

 

HOLD ON you gave him your car 1.5 years ago? WTF and you can repain plastic all the time. and rock chips are not plastic repair that would be paint work. and can you post how big the dents are?
