converting pillar mounted to door mounted seatbelts.
LOL normally people do this the other way around.. im pretty sure all you gotta do is swap the doors but cant be sure on it
Yeah i thought my dyslexia kicked into overdrive there haha
Yeah just swap the doors and should be good to go. Keep in mind you will be adding decent weight with those doors, if thats a concern of yours.

Hope these Q&A's help
-Will the door itself bolt up to my chassis or are the mounts different?
Yes but u will have to cut out a little section of the 90 door. Its about 4"-5" tall and 2"-3" wide. It is right above where the door locks to the car chassis.
-Will the '88's door panel bolt up to the '91's door?
No
-Can I swap the molding as well so that it is all uniform?
Yes
-What about wiring harness, does it still connect the same or will I have to swap over my '88's?
Yes u will have to swap out the harness because the 90 door will have bigger connector because it includes some wires from the seatbelt mechanism. The 88 door harness only includes speaker wire.
You will also need the 90 seatbelt buckles because the 90 seatbelt will not fit into an 88-89 buckle.
I did this swap a while back so let me know if you need anymore information.
