HELP ON LS-VTEC

im plannin to rebuild my ls-vtec i got a gsr head on it...i was wanting to know which part is better to make my car run sum where around 12 sec in a 1/4 of mile...so help me out and tell me which part is better...

head .. Skunk2 Valvetrain Pro2 Cams / head porting /Skunk2 IM w/70TB
bottom .. RS CTR spec Pistons/Arp rod bolts /
ECU : Hondata s300/Neptune/Power FC --CDZ custom Headers..
