I 'm doin a B18B swap into a 90 crx hf. My speed sensor for the swap will be electric and my gauges for my old engine is a cable driven. How would i convert over to make everything work the way it should? Any help so i can finish this swap up???

just unbolt the electric from trans and use your d-series one. they are both the same. or you can order or find a DA teg one that will be the exact right part.

the d series one is a little shorter or a little longer i dont remember but it will work. or you could get a cable driven one off a da integra. either one will work.

x2 it will be cheaper, and also, you dont have to rewire and get a new gauge cluster just to make it work.

Did you take out the bolt? I think it's a 10 mil bolt right next to the vss.

Should just pull straight out then man. I'm sure it is just gummed up a bit from being on there for 20 years. Can you get it to spin at all or does it seem to be frozen in place?

have someone rotate the front wheels of the car or the input shaft of the tranny back and forth a little while you try to shimmy the vss out. it should come right out easily.
