A friend of mine called me today saying his 2002 Honda Civic si will go into gear but will not move he said before the civic started doing this he was able to reve up drop the clutch and it would get going would this be the clutch maybe the axle is out? Any help would be much appreciated.

The axle would make a lot of noise. Check the clutch fluid. If the fluid's good, the clutch is probably out.

 

Yeah wouldn't be an axle... Sounds like the clutch is worn out.
