CTR cams in b16a2

Would I notice any gains using the ctr cams/springs/retainers with just a thinner headgasket in my b16a2? Would I also need to upgrade the pistons/rings or anything else?

Will you notice a gain? Not without tuning.
Would you need to upgrade pistons and rings? Not needed, but will be beneficial to seen the most gains.
