skip the skunk 2 stuff
skip the spacers
skip the brembos, get cheap rotors, they are a wear item ie. replaced very often
skip the tubular seat...get a monocoque seat like the pro2000 or evo

I've had a bunch of taiwanese coilovers and I think they are all crap, I do not care if people win races with them, my car didn't go well with them compared to a quality set up.
I am sold to koni and GC so I cannot help you much. I've liked them so much when I 1st bought them (sport unit with sub-600 rates), that I went out 2 weeks later to get 8041 koni race unit and ordered stiffer eibach springs. That's how unbeliveable they are for the price.
I am now back with sport unit with sub-600 springs, and I love them.

Pro-C's are working great on my EK. I have yet to ride in anything that compares to them, they are quite tolerable on the street even with quite high spring rates, and out of the box they handle stiffer rate springs than even koni's. Honestly I was stuck trying to decide on a good suspension I called up S2 and spoke with Tony S and gave the Pro-c's a shot and could not be happier.
OP How many of these parts do you actually have? How much experience do you have driving, You didn't say which type of "track" you planned on racing in or what class you would like to compete in. From the sounds of it you may be new, I suggest you take what ever it is that you have now and start driving in some local autocross events or attend a school before dropping 10k in something you are not familiar with. With more experience you will be able make better decisions on what parts fit your driving style and what parts will and will not fit the rules of your sanctioning body. Its been said a thousand times and once you start racing that it is fast drivers not necessarily fast cars that win races.

Its my first Honda build that why im asking some advice before buying .
thanks for the tip but 10k for a race car sound good to me . I know I will not have a real race car but im looking for something fun to drive with some potential .

You're new here, so maybe you don't know any better.
There's this thing called the "Search Function." Using it will allow you access to absurd amounts of information, including numerous "track-only builds" for a variety of cars. You'll find the details you're looking for, plus the educated and not-so-educated opinions of the HT community. In other words, everything you'd be finding with this post, but it already exists for you!
Read the following (which includes instructions on how to search properly): https://honda-tech.com/forums/road-racing-autocross-time-attack-19/faq-road-racing-autocross-forum-2574277/ Try search terms like "Build" or even "Civic".
If after reading all that AND searching, you still have questions, come on back and ask them. But you'll have to be specific. Like, what are you doing with the car (HPDE, autox, competitive racing, time trials, etc)? What kind of experience do you have (None? Some? Decades?)? What goals for yourself and the car do you have?
As of now, we can only give you vague, generalized answers for your vague, generalized question.
Like Natural said, you sound like a noob, but I don't really know, so I can't even give you the typical noob response of "start out on a mostly stock car, minus brakes and tires."
Edit: Ok, you provided more details, and that's a start. Still, search and see what else you can find.
