I recently sold my car and never got the chance to install this lip. It is an original 100% authentic OEM Honda of Japan Ek9 CTR rear lip/valance, I want $200.00. It is in excellent used shape with some scrapes and scratches (only in the paint). It has a few repaired tabs, it looks and functions 100%. These go for over $300.00 plus shipping on eBay.
