Default Core support welding question! PLEASE LOOK

I have taken my front radiator support off on my 94 lude. I drilled all the spot welds out and have gotten an OEM replacement.

What is the best way to weld the old one back on? Should I use a small mig and weld from the back? Or get a spot welder and just tack it wherever there is metal to metal areas with no holes drilled?

Any advice is appreciated!!

You should be able to fill in the holes with a MIG but at the same time weld the two metals together. If you're penetrating them then it should be set.

clamp it first and make sure all the body panels/headlights line up first. don't weld it then find out it's too late and it's off!
