A Honda Prelude Vtec header is what I used when I swapped my H22A I believe. All my other parts I ordered with that (injectors, etc) and they operate fine.

Only reason why it may not fit the JDM vehicle, which your F20B would have come from, is that the JDM Accords / Torneos from the years 1998 - 2002 run EPS Steering racks and the 2-1 runners have to be longer to go under it.

Only the JDM Accord / Torneo manifactured between 1998 - 2002 powered by H22A / H23A / F20B have a different Header (same bolt pattern / mounting) due to the EPS power steering rack. They dont have a power steering pump, just an electric motor'd power steering rack (same as NSX & S2000). Because they have EPS the 2-1 runners are longer to travel under the steering rack.

If you have one of the forementioned JDM Accord / Torneos and want to fit standard Headers all that is required is to have the 2-1 section lengthened.
