I was thinking about when I get my car painted either keeping it the stock color or Going with Black with gold wheels.. it needs a new hood so either way its getting a stock style carbon fiber hood. Want a lip trying to nail down witch style of lip I want. any sugjestions please post pics.... Any way here is the car Now

Here is also a pic with the wheels I have now.. also considering getting them repaired since two are a little bent on the lip and one is chipped up from what looks like an encounter with a curb


If your wondering I just got this car 3-4 weeks ago

 

the sir lip is fine. i prefer it honestly. keep it og paint. repaint the hood/fix it. get the gold wheels. done.

 

Those wheels would look sick on your car with some 205/50/15 sized tires.

 

If you plan on painting it respray it with oem paint color.

 

And stick with an OEM hood.

 

Oem Hood? I guess ever civic with a few mods does have a CF hood...Would painting a CF hood still save on weight?

 

stick with an OEM hood, keep it the OEM paradise green because that color is rare and I think it is sick! Good choice of wheels and I agree try and run some 205s. Put on some front mudguards and I think you should rock a different lip.... I like the crazy lips like JUN, spoon, chargespeed etc. Maybe concider some fogs and EK sideskirts also....

 

Get a carbon fiber hood dude... In like 6 months youll regret it.

you should probably get a Spoon lip when you paint the car. this is how your front end will look like:

I believe so my friends got a ej8 with tein s springs its like slammed in the bad and the front is barley one finger gap and his rear shocks are blown

 

Shocks being blown have nothing to do with ride height..... Cheap springs sag and for some reason they sag in the back more than the front sometimes.....

 

def respray the same color! and rock some Q8's, my favorite combination! i dare one person to tell me this doesn't look sick as hell!

 

imo get the oem ex lip! lol and i would keep it that same color. green and gold looks sickk and black hatches are everyyy where. keeping simple is the way to go.

Yeah I am thinking I want something like that in a 16inch with 205/45/16 tire on em....But it honestly will be awhile till I can get wheels. So I am putting some 205/50/15 tires on the wheels I have now hope to sell them later to go to getting new rims.

Oh and thanks for posting pics of the car when it was sexy.. I really like the polished wheels but at the same time I want gold.. Gonna stay same color.. really like that spoon lip...

But this just happened today, I clean windows I am at a Burger King and look out and my freaking turn signal is hanging by its cord! I see a silver car rolling out with a nice big TEAL Scuff.. Ran out stopped her she claimed she was going to tell her boss she was gonna be late to their meeting.. anyways got her to stay and give me her info and now I get to look at this


But hopfully I will get hooked up with enough ins. money to get the hood fixed and painted too... really hoping for enough to fix the rust too

 

All you need is a new fender and corner light. MAKE SURE YOU GET OEM PIECES.

and it will be be lighter than oem
