'94 Honda Accord LX MT Ignition wont turn to off.
I need to know if this has happened to anyone, so i must tell the whole story:
about a month ago i bought a 94 Accord LX MT and it needed new bearings and a wheel, so im assuming they ran over a curb. the engine had just been replaced with a F22. i went on a 300 mile round trip and the car was fine, ran like a champ! The next day i started the car and when i pushed in the clutch the floor it made a loud grinding sound. this preceded to happen every time i pushed in the clutch. also strangely the brake light was on? Then I went to turn off the car and the ingnition was stuck in the on position, I had to stall out to turn off the car. But I could take the key out, not sure why? it gets better when you push your foot on the clutch it starts right up. you can actually drive the car that way, it overheats if its in idol to long and the thermostat reads properly...it will fluctuate in traffic. after turning the wheel in both directions, by the way no wheel lock quite a task, still wont disengage. And now the bat is dead! Some say its possesed!

now part 2 as of Wed morning.
So after a long war i finally went back and tried some new tricks. I sprayed a Lil wd40 and tampered with the key, somehow i managed to get the key to lock into position so it would not slip right back out. after jingling the key and pulling and pushing it a bit it finally returned to the II position were i noticed the key does not slip out so i turned to the o position and now it is really turned off and i'm charging the bat now. Thinkin it could be the key or maybe the ignition still. help me out

So let me get this straight... you bought the car, IMMEDIATELY went on a road trip 
, came back, and now everything's falling apart?
When you say "[you] push in the clutch it starts right up" you mean with no key in the ignition???
Sounds like you've definitely got some electrical problems, and since they came out of nowhere like you're describing, AND your ignition's broken all of a sudden, then its possible someone tried to STEAL YOUR CAR. Maybe even tried to hot-wire/jump-start it, but didn't know what they were doing.
Also, explain the following... "it overheats if its in idol to long and the thermostat reads properly...it will fluctuate in traffic". What makes you think its overheating? Is there steam (white smoke) coming from your engine bay? Have you checked for leaks?
