last night when i took off the ebrake on my 94 accord ex the light on the dash stayed on. i tried to put it on and off the brake to see if it was stuck but no luck. also when after driving for a couple minutes the abs light turned on too. any suggestions on what i can do to fix it? when i was driving the car it didnt feel like the ebrake was on. thanks alot

 

Check the brake fluid levels, the e-brake light will stay illuminated if the brake fluid level is low. That could also be the reason the ABS light has lit up.

 

also check the switch on the e-break it could have gotten stuck. ABS i have no clue mine has been on for the last 2 yrs

thanks GlassJaw, turns out that my brake fluid was really low. after adding the fluid, the brake light turned off and also the abs light. thanks for the advice.

 

Thats some great advice... I would have never thought low fluids would turn on lights... But now ill keep that in mind...
