94 Civic Vibration
I have a 94 Civic LX with a D16B7, only about 120,000 miles on it. I am getting a bad vibration when accelerating between 25 and 35 mph. I have changed the CV axles, timing belt, water pump, plugs and wires, main exhaust pipe (was leaking bad), new valve cover and adjusted valves, and new front brake rotors and pads. It vibrates the entire cabin and the steering wheel vibrates, but if i am at 45 or above, no issue. It also seems to do it slightly more when accelerating after or while turning right. I know the engine mounts in the front need done, but i wouldnt think it would be that bad or just in a certain speed range. Any ideas? i have read many posts here for a while, so i know if anyone can answer this, you guys can!
you could have trown a weight of the tires after they were balanced if the motor mounts arent the issue have them rebalances and check for bubbles and or borken belts in them

wheel balance bad tire tread broken / shifted tire belt.... and inner cv axle joint are common culprits of shaking at certain speeds....
the fact that it is only at certain speeds indicates it is a spinning component.... not something like an engine mount
lower speed would indicate to me it is an inner cv joint or bad tire... or TERRIBLY bad wheel balance.

checck the ball joints and tie rods... lift the front end of your car off the ground and see if theres any play when you "wabble" your two front tires up and down and side to side if so, you need new ones...
Thanks guys, ill check the tires/ balance again and inspect the tie rods/ ball joints. i plan on replacing the 2 front engine mounts anyway. whatever fixes it, ill post the results.
you can inspect your tie-rods and balljoints but that will not be the problem.
like mentioned from others.. check a slip belt in tire, very off balance of tire rim combo, or halfshaft not completly flush with tranny.
very possibly that your rear shoes for the brakes are to tight causing them to hop. i know this isnt while braking but it shouldnt be overlooked.
