Default Here is what I am trying to do....

I have a 91 CRX si , that is a rolling shell set up for a b18 , all that is in it is the dash and ecu and wiring harness and suspension. I have another 89 crx rustbucket with a Si harness/ecu , I need to swap the ecu and harness into the new CRX because I am putting my d16a6 in it. I cannot figure out if I need the whole harness all0-throughout the dash , or just the wiring that goes from the engine bay to the ECU.... any help?

just swap the whole harness. From what i have heard (someone inform me if i am wrong on this) the Si and DX have SPECIFIC interior harness's meant for that specific model. so you would have to swap the whole harness. Its really not hard at all. just takes some time.

I just am never gonna remeber where all these go , I fear this will slow me down as I will not know how to do it on my own..... Is there any kind of DIY for reinstalling the harness?? or a way to identify each clip? and can I just cut the little zip tie clips holding the wiring to the floorboard? cuz I cant get em off....

Each clip will most always only plug in to one spot. And the zip ties on the floorboard just use a little pick or flat head and they will pop out and then you can still reuse them. You should get the factory service manual that will help you alot also.

yes cut them. they dont matter haha

As for where things go, just mark them with tape and numbers so you match numbers instead of trying to match everything
