sweet, I know it sounds kind of lame, but my parents wint let me take any of that kind of stuff out. I am only 16 so the car is under my dads name, so he legally has all the control, so nothing I can do, but since the turbo will fit with a/c, it looks like I will be able to get it. Also, If I got a FMIC, I would still be able to keep the A/C, right??

Thanks for all the help guys, I am really liking the F/I forum so far!!!

damn good for you for starting already. Your funny man.. hehe if your not allowed to take the AC out of the car what makes you think you dad/mom is gonna let you slap in a $1,500 turbo system(add 700 if with intercooler).
heheh Hey but just nicely ask them they might let you... just say your taking a class in auto tech and the teacher will give out extra credit for students who are working on there own car. Heck maybe they'll even give you some money for supplys heehhehhehe... i worked for me.
my mom didn't like the 50 shot of giggle gas though. But maybe your parents will like the turbo.

......... okay back to your question. yes, with plenty of room to spare.

I asked my mom and dad, and they said that if i dont have any tickets by next summer, they will probably let me get one. Also, I dont even have enough money right now, so it dooesn't matter if they would let me get it now.

They dont want me taking out the a/c because they want me to keep some resale value.

resale value, you better hope you get somebody who wants the same stuff you did to it. Don't even try to trade it in for something else, cause you'll get **** back for it.

I dont know if it would work, but even if it did I dont have the money right now, I only have about $700 saved for it right now, so i will definately have the money by the time my parents will let me get it.

Thanks for the offer tho!!

What is that supposed to mean??

If you think I am some stupid rice boy who will squeeze on a boosted motor and try to run 50 psi on stock internals or some stupid **** like that, you are wrong.

I am doing my research, and I plan on buying everything I can to boost safely,
and I probably wont boost more than 6 psi until I get forged internals and a lot of experience with turbos.

If you meant something else, sorry for sounding like a dick.

BTW: My parents dont buy anything for my car. All of this is coming straight out of my pocket, that is why I dont have it already.

Thanks man!!!

Luckily when I thought rice stuff was cool, I didn't have enough money to buy any of it, so fortunatly, once I scraped together the money for my rims, I had seen the light, and found out that 18" chrome rims arent good.

Thank god I was poor then. otherwise I would be kicking myself now, and I prob wouldt even have the little amount of money I do now.

LOL!!

So far I have to say that I like the FI board more than the others.

I loved the feel of te extra power that my intake and exhaust gave me, then i got a taste o turbo, my friend let me drive his 88 onquest tsi, and Iam in love with turbos now!!!

I wont have the money for a while b/c i will only have 1 job b/c of school, but all the money I save is going to the turbo fund. BTW I will gladly accept donations, just PM me
