Default throwing cel code #45 on 96 DX, need help

Like I stated I got a stock 96 DX with the stock D16y7 motor. I'm throwing a cel code #45 which is fuel too rich or too lean. Just changed the primary O2 but and still getting this code. Any ideas what else it could be?

Take the car to an auto parts store where they will pull the code with a scan tool. This way you''ll know whether the code is for too lean or too rich. Then start by measuring the fuel pressure.

Okay, well just checked it again and I'm now getting a cel code #1. I'm using an aftermarket Bosch O2 sensor. You think that the sensor is faulty?

I think you should still measure the fuel pressure. Do you still have code 45? Did you ever have code 45?

um you might want to look out for any cracks on the header itself or other small inlets for air
