My a/c blows but its only cold every now and then. Its mostly just cold once you get the car up like 70mph. The a/c fan doesnt spin but i gave direct power to it and it spins but air still no cold.....!?!?!?!

 

well its hard to help you without more info...have u charged it? what year is it? is it retro fit with r134 or is it the old r12 ? there is alot goin on with a/c the compressor could be bad the clutches could not be working ect ect

 

check too see if the clutch on the compressor is working properly. mine blows cold in the highway but at idle the clutch engages every other turn or so

 

Check the fan relay harness too, mine came unplugged and wouldent engage the compressor. There's several harnesses by the compressor.
