Icon6 95 civic d16a GA emissions problem

Ok guys and girls
My car is failing to the point that I'm lost
100% stock D16A block
2.5" exhaust from cat back
Action 2md clutch and 10lb fly
Short ram intake

NOx ppm

25/25 test
Reading= 3946
Allowed=1072

50/15 test
Reading=4469
Allowed=1186

What I have done-
Pcv valve
O2
Cat (cat max 2.5" in/out)
Plugs, wires, cap, and button
Fuel system treatment ( throttle treetment, induction treetment, and injector treetment
I even tried some of that emissions pass crap at the parts store

I can retard the timeing all the way at the dizzy and pass the 25/25
But I still fail the 50/15 test...

Thanks for any help
This **** is killing me
Jeremie

it sounds to be running rich or if it is smoking blue smoke "oil" it wont pass either. ever hear of seafoam its at local parts stores as well. my eg i had only would pass if i used it for some reason. and it def works better than other crappy cleaners. other than that maybe like a general tune up could help prob

Full tune up was done
No smoke
No cel codes

The 50/15 test is the second part of the test
3ed gear 1900 +or- rpm's

It's obd1 so it's a tail pipe sniffer

What would happen if I created an exhaust leak????
I'm out of ideas yall

well if there was exhaust leak = loss of back pressure..and if its running rich for some reason = no pass

do a valve adjustment then a compression check...since a tune up already been done

Items that contribute to NoPPM failure for your car:

TIMING (as in is your timing belt off a tooth?)
Catalytic convertor effectiveness (2.5 hi flo might not be ideal)
Cooling system (does main fan work? T-stat opening soon enough? Any coolant leaks?)

Tune up, o2 sensor, etc. is more effective upon CO and HC readings - not so much on NoPPM.

Timing
Timing is good. However I have a skunk 2 cam gear and I know it's not at tdc. But it has been set up like this for 3+ years and have never been a problem...

Cat
Brand new cat max. Gotta check the temps to make sure it's good... talked to an emissions place and they told me to check temp before and after the cat. And that it should be at least 100 deg hotter after the cat. So I'll check that

Cooling
Sorry forgot that part. Has a new thermostat and all new coolant + water wetter everything working great on that end

Nox ppm = nitrus oxide parts per million

Listen to this guy, he knows what he's talking about. High NOx usually has to do with too much ignition timing, running too lean, running too hot, or effectiveness of the catalyic convertor.
