can you fit a f20c3 head with a f22 block? and would u be able to fit a h22lsd on it also? if not wat about the s2k tranny?

 

Although the F20c is part of the F series family, heads can't be swaped. Also, the F20c is a rear wheel drive engine, not a front wheel drive found on the accords.
If would take a huge amount of custom work, fabricating parts and redesigning lots of things in order to custom fit it into an accord chassis.
