A friend of mine used a relay (4 wires) from an auto parts store and did it himself, only problem was that the switch wouldn't light up when fogs were on, i guess additional wiring was necessary.
If you could source the additional wiring harness (there's the "A" and "B" harness) it would be a plug and play.
On my building thread (off topic accord project), a guy named sushiboiii posted a link that explains what and where things go when using OEM harness, don't recall which page he posted that link though, but i know it's there.
The aftermarket Fog light kit comes with a harness that works just fine and uses less wires, perhaps you may want to wire yours up that way.

Made a search, found this diagram on one of the threads.

So i spoke to a friend who i told you about, and he sent me this link, which is pretty straight forward for you to wire the fog lights on your car.
Credit for Timmytool for the diagram.

That is out of a CB Chassis Accord.

And that is actually quite a simple and straight forward wiring diagram. Where are you getting confused?

It's not confusing man, it's just that it gives you 2 options, one using the fog light switch, the other is without the switch. And yes, will for for the CD chassis accord as well (that diagram was made for CB).

There is always the option of getting the harness from the knock off fogs from ebay. thats what i did. they are sold as the dichronic blue fog lights, they come with the fogs yes, but it has all the wiring included, with the switch, and the instructions. only $35+shipping. Not bad at all. That is if you are having a hard time doing it this way. I only bought it cause I wanted a harness that was based off the OEM harness, even though it is not exactly like it, but it is close.
