No wiring or relays but they do come with the brackets and i have also found the pdf. on how to install these

atli126, those are for 99-00 Civics only, I can tell by the Brackets. They are not for 96-98 Civics as you are advertising on the title. You dont have the Gun Metal Bezels that surround them, why is that? Also note, that a fair price for these would be to ask something like $110.00 Shipped, considering they are Used and aren't complete (No Bezels, No Wiring, No Switch, etc). I bought mine for $165.00 Shipped & PayPal Fees included and they were BNIB and included everything (switch, wiring, etc). Good luck!
