Default What spring rate for 92 HB with GC?

What spring rates should I run for Drag racing?
They are Ground Control's I am looking for the rears now but am thinking about doing the fronts to. I am running the GC's for a 91 Hb now on my 92 should I change the fronts or not? Where can I get the GC springs?

the best for drag racing is as stiff as you can handle in back

Right now I believe I'm running 400lb fronts and 500lb rear. I wanted it the other way around but it actually feels pretty good. Launches I catch pretty well, a little wheel hop but nothing too bad, I'm pretty happy with them.
