BUMP these bushings make a HUGE difference , especially if you are like me and wait til the car has nearly 200k on the oem bushings lol

so these bushings do come with with the metal inserts?

 

No the only place i know you can get those are from Honda. These have instructions for getting the metal inserts from the old ones to these on.

 

just buy these, mark the offset of the metal piece, take a measuremetn of what angle the metal piece is at (the bolt hole part) and use a straight edge on top of the bolt hole piece, draw the line, then replace the shitty oem bushings with thse, line everything back up, and enjoy better ride quality
