Default help me id this part

well my tranny is leaking fluid from this side (the black rubber piece)

trying to figure out what it is called?
i am trying to get the replacement from autozone.
but they asked me if its for the input or output
i have a s4c tranny

are both sides the same size?

they never have stuff in stock always a week to get stuff

It is still called an axle seal at autozone or whatever so I don't understand the bump.

Tell your dealer (parts dept) that they need to stop sucking. And a week? If by chance my dealer doesn't have stock on an item they have it for me next day. You must be off in bumfuk nowhere if it takes them a week.

Sorry to intrude everyone! But whats that part called where the axle goes in, with the gear or whatever? I think mine is cracked. Ive been looking everywhere for help and idk what to do! ahhh! :p

That's called your differential. If it's cracked...how the **** do you crack a diff? Just replace the tranny with a used one. More cost effective than fixing it. Also, try making your own tread instead of bumping a completely unrelated, 3 year old thread.
