I have a 99 honda civic hatchback. Recently, when i turn on my AC it makes a loud whistle sound that goes low and then loud pitch repeatedly and it sounds like its coming from under or around the passenger glove box. When i press the AC button on my climate control, the sound goes away. Also, my AC doesnt blow as cold as it used to anymore. What can be the problem or the thing that needs to be replaced? im a bit low on money so im looking to do it myself if its possible. thanks
