so i live in RI and they have the stupid emissions test every two years and i recently failed the Carbon Monoxide portion of the emissions. I have a 1993 civic coupe with a d15b7. motor is all stock until i pass emissions. So do you guys have any ideas on how to lower the emissions enough to get me to pass. Thanks guys

 

How "stupid" of them to have tests designed to help keep carbon monoxide out of the air we breathe.

Try replacing your O2 sensor.
