Default Question on Part Removal

Hi, I've got a 2000 Honda Civic DX and my speedometer wiring in the engine needs to be replaced. I'm not sure of how exactly to remove this part, I don't wanna break it. Anyone have any ideas? Pic Attached.
Thanks ahead

get some penetrating fluid, soak it, and get a pair of pliers and gently wiggle it side to side and it should pull upwards.
