Remove lower dash cover panel?
How to remove lower dash cover panel?
I found two bottom screws and one a bit higher up and pulled them.
Panel still "hinged" at the top.
Hmm? I pulled, pushed, twisted, no luck.
It's a '97 Civic HX coupe.
Thanks.

I was asking about the panel below the instrument cluster.
Would be nice to know how to get the steering wheel covers off too.
I found several screws for the steering wheel cover but the two halves were still held together.
'97 coupe.
Thanks.

Well if it is a 96-98 tbat you are referring to, there is another screw right underneath the farthest left ac vent. Then you should be able to get it off. I just took mine off yesterday.
there are the 2 screws under the dash by the lighter. there are i belive 4 more.
they are all gold.
you will need to also remove the driver side lower dash pannle to get to 1 of the screws. and the glove box will need to folded down to get to the other.
look up under the dash on the driver side and you should see a gold screw remove it.
then on the passanger side do the same,
then look down and forword towards the front of the dash, on either side and you should see two more screws, remove both, then it will take some force while wiggling side to side to get it out, un plug the wire and shes free.

opps i see that he said cluster...
its not hindege, there are 3 clips that hold it,
pull down with some force and it should be enough to get it,
i have taken mine out a million times.

Yes I'm talking about the one on the left side, below the instrument panel, above the driver's knees. Of course if it's a UK car driving on the wrong side of the road, everything's backwards. But that's not me.
Several screws, including one below the left-most a/c vent.
Then pull down hard.

Hello I took mine out. Now I need to put it back in. Please step by step. I’m a 67 year old woman. A video on YouTube would be very helpful. Thank you
