like the title says. i installed a full crx dash into my 91 civic hatch and now my horn, radio/cd player, and cig lighter dont work, there is one plug on the lower harness that is not plugged in so there's 3 plugs one that runs to the cig lighter thats plugged, and the one that runs to the heater is in also i cant remeber were the other one goes. any help is greatly appriciated i also checked my manual for wiring schimatics

 

Make sure that the ground found in the dash to the body is connected

 

thats what i first thought it was does it need to be that same special bolt, the one its bolted to is like gold and i did ground it but nothing

 

bump please help! it worked before i did this! the ground is connected, checked for blown fuses none.

 

come on guys 50 views 1 response, there is 1 plug thats not plugged in. theres the 3 on the lower harness 1 goes to cig lighter, then the stuff for the deck then there is one more that goes to ?????

 

how many wires are in the plug and what color are the wires?

please help its killing me!!!! my deck dont work, my horn dont work, and my cig lighter dont work only the clock on that sectuion works. and the underdash ground is grounded please help i checked fuses!

Is your fuse blown by chance? I know something so small, but I didn't see if you had checked it or not.

 

yes i checked my fuses even the one on the back of the deck unless i am missing one?

 

Just the one underneath the dash that controls the radio cig lighter etc.

 

hmm...ill check it out tomorrow when i get back from work..im going to install a new stereo so ill check where that plug goes since im going to have that spot open..but there is 1 more plug by the cig. lighter.

did u connect everything in the under dash fuse box and what wiring harness are you using the old civic one or the crx one

ps ill look for that plug tomorrow but i dont remember seeing it

nvm i remember now it goes to a little black box in the back of the dash i dont know what it is for but i will try to find out

 

there is a lil 4 wire relay that goes there
