first question is which engine do you have?
i noticed you have the CEL shift light, which means you either have an s200 or s300, what i've noticed with chipped ecu's (especially hondata) if everything isn't picked up by the ecu, strange things happen

and sort of off topic: i noticed you're from slidell were you at the lakefront carshow?

b18c...you think i might be able to test it out with a stock p28?..which i didnt try yet...i ran the vtec pressure wire onto the vtec wires and it still didnt changed anything

no sir i stayed in slidell for awhile right before katrina but moved back to the N.O.

Don't use a p28 it will run like crap. See if you can get a stock p72 (GSR) ecu.

Hook up a little wire with a led on it, to ensure vtec isn't working. VTEC is supposed to be a smooth transition between the lobes.

Try and unhook the vtec solenoid and see if you notice a difference in the power, it looks like it revs like it has vtec.
