Default Trim Delete

Whats up guys, I'm about to get down with some bondo on my rust spots and get some fresh paint going on, I was wondering if anyone has done or seen any crxs with trim deletes, I've seen it on a couple ef hatches but never a rex, any comments, pictures or links you guys have would be cool

DON"T do it....it looks like complete crap in my opinion.

If you want to get rid of the trim then just get the WW kit or the Mugen kit. (same look)

Do it on one side only. Then you can truly look at it side by side and make a decision.

I spent a day grinding out old bondo from the previous owner when he did it to the sides. Looks like total ***.

someone else in here did that before. kinda looked like an eg from the side. but, none the less, it looked like ****. keep the molding dude. you'll regret it if you don't. and bondo will not last. especially on the doors. all the opening, and closing will crack that **** up.

I did it on my hatch cause I got a bodykit that covers the trim part on the fenders. It looks nice and wasn't too hard to patch. Don't use bondo. You gotta either weld it or use fiberglass resin. Resin won't crack like bondo will.

You could use the manual crank for the sun roof. Don't know about getting one off though.

NO! leave it be. my god dont rice out another good car. and besides, the moldings on the bumpers are part of the bumper and youd have to cut em off. it looks retarded with bumper moldings and not the sides.

and please, please... no body kit. go find a kickass lip instead
