Default twin disk slipping but its still good? whats causing it??

so randomly my twin disk just started slipping out of nowhere, on the highway, then by the time i was back to my garage it was slipping in every gear really bad. so, with it being over two years old i sent it to get rebuilt, but got a call a few days later saying that the clutch pressure tested out fine and that it didnt need a rebuild, so now im trying to figure out what the hell is wrong.

my only other idea is that i bent my clutch fork. because last year i noticed a hairline crack had started in it and replaced it with a different one. i havent had a chance to check out my current one, but would a bent fork cause clutch disengagement or slipping?

i would greatly appreciate any input or suggestions.....

Did you send the whole clutch in or just the pressure plate to be tested? Any chance the plates got over slipped and burnt up?

sent them everything but the flywheel, and they told me to take a measurement off of it since i forgot to send it, so everything spec'd out according to them, including the flywheel.

hey adam, push the clutch in while the cars off and listen to see if it makes any noises. mine slipped at norwalk a couple times and when I got it back to the garage that weekend I looked it over and my clutch fork looks a little off to me for some reason and its making a squeak when I push the clutch in now and it's never did that before. it seems to engage/disengage fine but it did slip noticably.

Check the nut on the pedal where u ajust it seen those come loose before or the slave binding up and not going all the way back in.
