This meet featured a couple of firsts for us. We were invited to have our meet as part of a city Fourth of July festival. This was pretty cool for us as this allowed for festival goers to walk around and look at the cars as they were passing the time. The other thing we had was our first PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD. Here is where anyone at the festival could go out and vote for their favorite car. Hundreds of people were there and we had about 70 people put in ballots. We didn't think that was too bad for our first attempt. The orange Toyota Corolla in the pics below took home the trophy by a landslide. He had 22 of the 70 votes.
