is there a way to fix a crack on the top of the tranny? its next to the rear mount and its leaking im not sure if i can just get something to fix it or if i have to buy a new one.

 

You should have it welded up at a good welding shop, but you would have to remove the tranny and gear assembly and take them the empty tranny casing. Or you could just swap the housing with another housing (not sure if you have a spair tranny). It might be cheaper to just find a new tranny if any of that is not something you can't do yourself or afford. You can find another tranny on here for about $75 buck.
