Default valve cover cleat coat in oven?

hey when painting a valve cover with high temp paint and clear coat, should i put it in the oven after its painted or after clear coat?

i dont think there is any need to put it in the oven, high temp just means it will withstand higher temps than normal paint.

baking it, makes the paint more more bonded with the metal so it doesn't chip off as easily, im just wondering if the clear coat needs to be bonded like this as well?
