The header is straight forward, just unbolt the old one and bolt up the new one.

Springs might be more difficult. You have friends right? ask one of them to help you out.

If you don't have any idea of what to do you shouldn't be messing around with suspension components. If you are really set on trying it out, you can google search it and there should be a few DIY's out there.

*sigh*.....do not forget your defouler for the secondary o2 sensor.....leave the secondary o2 sensor without defouler and you will cook it in about a hour..... this is assuming you are talking about the race headers because the shorty headers are only good for about 2 whp and who would pay all that money for that?

As for the junk2 springs...witch ones?....if its the coilover sleves...well they will at least teach you how to work on suspension. The spring rates are stupid, the front are double stock and the rears are dam close to stock.....you would think even the retards on the left coast would know that if you double a spring rate, you might want to tell the customers that their dampers are going to last as long as a snowball on miami beach....lol, Its to bad junk2 never spent any time working on the ep3/dc5 suspension....great name, great rep with the wantabees but total crap when you take the time to look at it.

If you got the lowering springs, it is my understanding they are popped out of the same factory that make tunable so their rates are a little better but they are to low for your suspension to work well.....have fun.
