Default surging/bucking when letting off gas, deceleration only???

hey fellas, ive got a 1996 accord lx with an auto tranny, and recently ive noticed that when im driving and take my foot off of the gas, the car surges, or bucks as i slow down...its almost as if the car is engine braking to the extreme, and the whole car shakes...the tach moves with the surging, but it almost feels as if there is too much backpressure, and the motor is having a hard time "breathing"...ive recently replaced the cap/rotor, plugs and wires, and cleaned the egr ports, if that makes a difference...any ideas what to do next, or am i just experiencing what everyone else with an auto tranny experiences? (this is my first accord, although i had a civic with an auto and never noticed this...)

I had the same problem, it's the IACV. Give it a good cleaning with tb cleaner then let it dry out. If the problem continues after just replace with new one.
