Default -3AN Hose and Fitting Questions

Maybe this is better in the Tech forum, but I figured there would be better help in this forum...

I'm trying to run -3AN hose from my sandwich adapter to a mech. oil gauge on the dash. I think I've got most of it worked out already, but it's taken me awhile because I've never worked w/ AN plumbing before and because the selection of -3AN stuff seems to be more limited than the other sizes.

I'm planning on using mainly Aeroquip teflon coated hose, LINK and the associated hose ends, LINK. I might need a 90 deg swivel hose end as well, but the aeroquip ones are over $70! I found an Earl's Speed Seal hose end for much much cheaper. I just wanted to confirm that it will work with the Aeroquip hose. I know a lot of the AN hoses and ends are meant to be paired with corresponding parts so I wasn't sure.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

i don't know about the earl's/aeroquip teflon compatibility but if you are planning to use earl's speed seal fittings why not use their teflon hose?

As stated, I'm mainly using the Aeroquip hose ends which are made for the Aeroquip teflon hose. But for ONE fitting I may need to use an earls part. The place I'm ordering from only has the Aeroquip straight hose ends. I know earls makes them too, but i'd have to get them elsewhere.

siblues: thanks for the tip, when I posted this thread I wasn't sure if I should have put it here or just added it to that thread... looks like I made the wrong choice, haha.

Because so far it seems that the only place where it's easy to find all of these parts is Summit racing. Everywhere else seems to be limited on what they sell, or their site makes things very confusing. Summit has all the Aeroquip stuff and some of the Earls. I don't want to order from multiple places.

I got a PM from someone who makes a lot of clutch master cylinder lines w/ these same basic parts. He said that they parts are compatible. Thanks for everyone's help.
