When i put everything back on the car would start but only with to cylinders (1 and 2) it has the correct timing, the engine and the distributor, the spark plug wires are in other ( i didnt even remove them) and it has spark on 4 cylinders what it could be help me guys i need the car to work anyone have any idea?
It settles a little because it not fighting the unburn fuel thats been injected and when i plug them again it becomes very unstable again, sometimes even dies
Are the injectors plugged in there snug? Check to see if you are getting power to the injectors.
Is the car DPFI, or MPFI or converted from DPFI to MPFI?

How do the spark plugs look? You said there is spark but maybe it's to weak. Does the spark from 1 or 2 ( the ones that are firing correctly) look the same as 3 and 4 when you touch them using a body ground?
im not shure how to tell you this i check the spark putting a screwdriver into the spark wire and ground in it to a valve cover nut they look much the same but if you have any suggestions...
Take out the spark plug from the head and test the plug itself. If you have good spark going through the wire, it would seem that maybe something is going on with the spark plug itself, corrosion, old plugs in general, etc. A spark plug can tell you alot about how a motor is running.
I would pull the plugs out of 3 and 4 and check them hooked up to the corresponding plug wire and touch them to the Chassis to see how good the spark looks.

And the four of them are black...and now thinking a little bit i put out before the problem the spark plug 1 and it was brown so it was burning fine...(the spark plugs are new)
try doing a compression test on all four maybe if it got real hot it warped the head or did something to make it lose comprssion??? not sure but its a cheap easy test and can kinda give you an idea on the engine condition
