Icon2 flywheel question on b16a

yo, i bought a 11lb flywheel for my gsr, sold it i have a b16a now with a stage 2 clutch. was wondering if a 8lb flywheels is too light, my friend told me i shouldn't get lighter then 10lbs. just wanted some input in which direction.
is there a good reason not to go lighter?
thanks

If you have a particular motor the "excels" in a certain area, but does not in others...what area would you want to focus on? Answer yourself that question, and you will have answered your 1st.
